Transport Exchange Group is enhancing the user experience of its leading freight trading platform with the launch of a new interactive dashboard. As a result, members of the Courier Exchange will be able to access critical information in one place, providing increased visibility and control.

The dashboard is designed to save time and improve operational performance for couriers using the Exchange by simplifying and streamlining business and operational processes. It builds on the existing real-time user interface with the introduction of a range of additional functionality and will be available as standard to all company-level members.

The dashboard will offer a live view of rolling financial data such as gross margins and sub-contractor spend, allowing members to better monitor and understand profit levels and supplier costs. It will also display a summary of the latest bookings; a supplier compliance management tool; and quick links to the most commonly-used booking and feedback reports.
