Two years on from the management buy-out of Whistl, the leading delivery management company, the company continues to grow through client wins and renewals.

As part of its growth and diversification strategy into parcels and international services it has expanded the range of services it provides for clients such as Express Gifts, Music Magpie and HomeServe.  It is also building on its core business mail service with renewed contracts with long standing clients Santander, Liverpool Victoria, Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, BBC TV Licencing and Land’s End.

Whistl continues to have a strong partnership with many of the mailing houses and has strengthened its relationship Cedar Broker formerly Levant.

With its differentiated parcel offering which allows customers to manage multiple delivery options through one contact it has won Flostream, McCorquodale and W2 Group and renewed Jackson Arts and Adaro.

In August the company announced an investment in Prism DM, as part of its strategy to grow in to the e-fulfilment market to take advantage of the growth potential of the multi £billion ecommerce market.

Nick Wells, CEO of Whistl, said: “Customers continue to trust Whistl to provide quality services backed by the best account management in the industry.  Our commitment to client service is winning us new clients as we broaden the range of services we can offer clients in the UK and internationally.  We look forward to building our profile in the fulfilment sector through our recent investment in Prism DM.”
