Leading Delivery Management Software (DMS) and Carrier Operating Software (COS) provider HypaShip has appointed Jerry Kane as Sales & Marketing Director. Kane has over 25 years Sales & Marketing experience in the parcels and logistics services market, latterly as Sales Director for various leading operators including, DHL, Yodel, and Eddie Stobart.

Since joining HypaShip in February, Kane has focused on understanding the requirements of the volume shipper market, leading to a number of minor developments to the DMS system and a big change in the way the DMS software is marketed and sold. One of the key marketing initiatives involves the development of a Carrier Services Database (CSD), powered by the HypaShip system, an industry first that allows subscribers to search for the services that meet their exact requirements from a database that includes every service from every UK carrier. This CSD service will be launched in June 2017.
