Evri recognised in top 5% of companies globally for sustainability performance
Evri has been awarded Gold status by independent global sustainability ratings provider EcoVadis, placing the business in the top 5% of companies assessed worldwide for sustainability performance.
The Gold rating marks a significant step forward for Evri, and following its previous Silver accreditation, recognises continued progress across key environmental, social and ethical areas of the business.
EcoVadis assesses organisations on the quality of their sustainability performance and management practices across four core themes – environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement, with ratings based on evidence led analysis of policies, actions and results, and benchmarked against companies globally.
Evri’s Gold EcoVadis accreditation further reinforces its commitment to becoming net zero, reflecting year on year improvements in its sustainability performance.
Recent progress recognised within the assessment includes the strengthening of the company’s environmental policy to introduce clearer commitments and targets, as well as the launch of a supplier code of conduct to further embed responsible and ethical practices across its supply chain.
The accreditation also follows participation in the United Nations Global Compact, reflecting the commitment of the business to uphold its principles and drive meaningful impact.

Martijn de Lange, CEO at Evri, said: ‘We are thrilled to be awarded Gold status by EcoVadis in recognition of the huge steps we’re making towards Evri’s sustainability goals.
‘Placing us in the top 5% of companies globally for our sustainability performance, this accreditation reflects the important progress taking place across our operations and supply chain, and our commitment to building a more sustainable and responsible parcel delivery network.’
