Rapidly-growing parcel delivery and collection company, Pass My Parcel has secured an exclusive deal with an emerging online fashion retailer.

ALL GOOD THINGS, a trend-led womenswear brand that launches in October, enlisted the parcel specialist to deliver click-and-collect and label-less return services to its customers via a network of more than 3,500 newsagents and convenience stores.

Pass My Parcel, which is owned by news and magazine wholesalers Smiths News, now works with 17 retailers, including Amazon, ASOS, French Connection and Surfdome.

Explaining further, Freda Cronk, head of marketing at Pass My Parcel, said:

“We’re really pleased to join forces with a newly-launched retailer like ALL GOOD THINGS as it begins its journey. In a competitive marketplace, newcomers need to establish themselves quickly – and our convenient, flexible service will help put them on an equal footing with more well-known names.

“When we launched the company in 2014, we wanted to give people an alternative to staying in and waiting for a delivery or queuing up at the post office. Since then we’ve introduced a raft of new innovations to make this even quicker and simpler, like label-less returns and our international send service. ALL GOOD THINGS is also committed to putting customers at the heart of its brand and this reflects our own ethos perfectly.”

Rachel Pickering, Co-Founder of ALL GOOD THINGS, commented: “Customers now expect a swift delivery and returns process, so it was vital that we found a partner that offered this right from the start.

“From the outset we were confident that Pass My Parcel could provide the service we need to grow and really make our mark. In fact, we were so impressed by what it had to offer that we decided to make it our exclusive partner, enabling us to streamline our operations and provide our customers with the best possible service.”

Pass My Parcel’s unique proposition allows customers to collect and return items purchased online at a time to suit them, from as early as 7am, on a daily basis.
