Electronic retailer Maplin has chosen end-to-end logistics specialist iForce as its multichannel partner to manage all of its warehousing needs thereby enabling them to improve customer and store availability through the upgrade of their warehouse management systems, whilst enabling their increased focus on product and service proposition.
iForce has implanted into Maplin’s Rotherham-based site, to manage their nationwide on line and store replenishment enabling, through their SMART warehouse management system, the introduction of a Click and Collect proposition whilst also increasing stock accuracy and capacity for further SKU ranges thereby supporting Maplin’s focus on customer choice.
